I’m Arletha Orr, a Certified Grief Coach and the founder of Embracing My Journey. I support individuals who are struggling with grief, loss, and emotional overwhelm by helping them rebuild their lives with intention, strength, and faith.

My approach to grief coaching is compassionate, practical, and personalized. I don’t believe in rushing the grief process or minimizing your pain. Instead, I walk alongside you as you learn how to live fully again while honoring your loss.
