MY STORY
MY STORY
Are you an ordinary person like me? Did you think you had a perfect life but then life handed you something you never expected? Whew!
You're in the right place!
I have a degree in Health Information Technology but my journey has brought me here, a Certified Grief Coach for women and men who are stuck in grief but want to move forward.
"We can have our own plans but God will always interrupt with His plan."
Grief really made a major impact on my life!
Grief really made a major impact on my life!
A mom of two and a wife to one, my life was perfect! I was faithful in church (and still is), dedicated to work and whatever else I decided to do. I gave everything my all.
May 2016, was a normal day for us, our routine. Early rising at 6am by my baby saying, "Ma, eat eat!" That was the start of our mornings!
I would get the children to school on the days/nights my husband had to work. It worked for us!
Who knew my life would change that day? Who knew my oh so perfect world would be shattered?
Around 6:15pm, I received a call. I received the worse news of my life.
I was told my husband was struck by a train! Wow!
"This could never happen to me! They dialed the wrong number!"
All these thoughts were going through my mind. I just knew it wasn't real.
Only to find out...it was.
I drove to the place where the accident occurred, and there they were.
My husband and my 2 children, gone!
But that’s not the end of my story.
I started coaching to help people like you reclaim the fullness of life in the midst of grief.

God spoke and told me to "live" and I will hold on to those words for life!
You don’t need a diagnosis or a treatment plan – you just need someone to listen to you, guide you and give you support so that you can find your way into joy and peace.
You are not alone, I am here with you!
I’d love to be your cheerleader, your ear, your shoulder, and your coach – to help you see the best in yourself and your life. I’ll be there for you every step of the way, as long and as far as you want to go.
